Build marketplace apps, private integrations and middleware for client accounts and for GoGHL.ai - the #1 messaging app on the HighLevel marketplace.

What you'll do

  • Ship custom integrations, webhooks and middleware around the HighLevel API
  • Build and maintain marketplace apps to review standards
  • Take Surgery projects from scoped quote to shipped, on the ETA we promised
  • Jump on ER escalations when something technical is on fire

What you bring

  • Strong Node.js and TypeScript, comfortable with OAuth, webhooks and rate limits
  • Real HighLevel platform knowledge - workflows, snapshots, the API's sharp edges
  • You've shipped things people pay for, and you can show them
  • Clear written English - your PRs and client updates read like your code: clean
Client care

Implementation Support Specialist

Run client accounts day to day: white-label support under their brand, implementation work and the weekly checkups that keep accounts healthy.

What you'll do

  • Answer white-label support chats and tickets as the client's own team
  • Build funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars and snapshots that hold up
  • Untangle A2P registrations and deliverability issues
  • Run weekly health checkups and write reports agencies actually read

What you bring

  • Deep hands-on HighLevel admin experience - agency or SaaS-mode
  • You've fixed enough broken automations to smell the cause before you look
  • Warm, precise written English under a client's brand voice
  • Calm under a 9 PM emergency - process first, heroics second
